🌟 Founder's Story — Saarthi

When I was in the field, I was always searching for one thing — clarity. Clarity from data. Clarity from insights. Clarity that could help my medical representative team perform better, grow faster, and deliver results with confidence.

But every day felt like a struggle. I saw my team working hard, yet blind to the patterns that could transform their performance. I saw managers trying to guide their teams, but without the intelligence they needed. I saw companies pushing for growth, but without the systems to support it.

"Why is pharma still running without real-time intelligence?"

That question stayed with me. Later, when I joined SFE and began managing performance for a massive team, the reality became even clearer. We used every tool available — CRMs, spreadsheets, dashboards, BI tools — but nothing truly worked. Everything was in silos. Data scattered. Insights buried.

And that's when the decision became inevitable. I started building Saarthi. Not as a software project, but as a mission to give every MR, ASM, RSM, QC officer, HR manager, finance controller, and CEO the clarity they deserve. Saarthi is a response to years of inefficiency — born from real field pain.
